End User License Agreement
Last updated: May 21, 2026
1. Relationship to Apple's Standard EULA
If you download SpatialEMU from the Apple App Store, your use of SpatialEMU is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a valid custom license applies. You can review Apple's Standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
These SpatialEMU terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA in a way that cannot be reconciled, Apple's Standard EULA controls for App Store distribution.
2. Scope of License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Funland grants you a limited, non-transferable license to install and use SpatialEMU on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise exploit SpatialEMU except where applicable law expressly permits such activity despite this limitation.
3. User-Provided Game Files
SpatialEMU does not include ROMs, BIOS files, copyrighted games, downloadable game content, or a third-party game catalog. You are responsible for ensuring that any file you import or use with SpatialEMU is lawful for you to possess and use in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to use SpatialEMU to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. SpatialEMU's support for a file type or system does not grant you any rights in third-party games, firmware, BIOS files, artwork, music, trademarks, or other content.
4. Local Storage and Save Data
SpatialEMU may store library metadata, settings, save states, battery saves, and related runtime files in the app container on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of files and save data that matter to you.
5. App Changes and Compatibility
Emulation compatibility can vary by system, file, device, and app version. Funland may change, suspend, remove, or limit features to improve stability, comply with platform rules, or address technical or legal requirements.
6. Privacy
Your use of SpatialEMU is also governed by the SpatialEMU Privacy Policy. The app is designed without an account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or tracking SDK.
7. No Warranty
SpatialEMU is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funland disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funland will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, corrupted files, or interruption of use arising from or related to SpatialEMU.
9. Termination
This license remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using SpatialEMU and delete any copies of the app in your possession, subject to App Store platform behavior and applicable law.
10. Third-Party Software
SpatialEMU may include or link against third-party open-source components. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses. Nothing in this EULA limits rights granted to you under applicable open-source licenses.
11. Governing Law
Governing law and venue are determined by the Apple Standard EULA and applicable App Store terms unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
